I don't consider it cheating to apply sharpening or unsharp masking (that is
a peculiar term, isn't it?) since most scanners don't capture the full
potential of an image to begin with, and some sharpness is lost in the
compression to .jpg process.
Anyway, I looked at more pix last night and also love the very selective
focus in the flower shots too.
