I've read only one report of immediate shutter failure, that on a Bessa L.
Other reported problems affecting the Cosina bodies vary so much it's
impossible to say anything other than that it appears to be a general
quality control issue. Certainly the chassis itself, assuming it's the same
one in the OM-2000 stripped and shown by Pop Photo a couple of years ago,
can't be to blame. It looked pretty sturdy.
