"World's first digital still camera with a 1/2 inch CCD was realized. Olympus
has developped its own image stabilization system that enables to achieve
high quality images even at 10x zoom" - my translation here.
I am not sure the basis of the statements in below website. May be
Oly has a cross-licensed with part of the stabilization system from
Canon ? I am not expert in this field.
