Sorry to hear of your trouble, Dave. It may be that Jessops' treatment
of customers and used equipment varies from branch to branch. My own
recent experience with Jessops, in Wolverhampton, was different. As I
recently mentioned in a posting to the List, I got a chrome OM-2N in
excellent condition (I've tested it now), with hardly a mark on the
body, for GBP115 after discounts. That price, which is about US$185,
included a 12-month warranty; I doubt there are many dealers offering
better deals than that! Also, since there was no body cap with the
camera, the sales clerk rummaged in his odds & ends box till he found
something that would fit and gave it to me free - only a small thing
but it's the thought that counts. As far as I'm concerned Jessops is
OK. However, we take risks when we buy used equipment: I was lucky, I
guess :-)

Ray
