Actually the person who offered to pick up the adapters for list members
(Tomoko Yamamoto) collected a consensus of ideas from the list on things
they would like to see in an OM-5/6, compiled them, and sent them to
Olympus Japan in what I'm sure was very elegant Japanese several years ago.
They know and show no signs of caring in any sense that is terribly
meaningful to most of us. From Olympus point of view, OM is still alive in
an attritting sort of way. I don't find myself very interested in Olympus'
views of OM any more, especially compared to the veal and enthusiasm of
this list.
