At the risk of quickly going OT, I should think Macs are just as subject to
viruses as Windoze machines, they just are ignored because of the relatively
small installed base. I recall from late '80's/early '90's MacWorld
magazines that they would provide alerts as to the latest viruses, and what
their effects were on machines. This in a pre-browser world of FTP and
BBS's. Although, FWIW, my Macs have never had one either--that I was aware
of. (Knock on silicon!)
