That didn't last too long. They have limits now. But, it was always
"not too fast for the existing conditions" that determined whether or
not you received a ticket. Mercedes took Montana at it's word and had a
group of it's test cars driving in formation at some really fast speed.
A trooper pulled them over. "It was strange, they all pulled over
together" is what he recalled.
