I also don't know about a "matched" converter. I have the Tamron 90mm
SP Macro (Type 1) and I also have a Tamron SP 2x converter. What I do
have that is "matched" to the 90mm macro lens is a Tamron SP Extension
tube to allow for 1:1 ratio.
