While this is indeed true, note that there is no minimum altitude over water
or sparsely populated land areas, just a requirement that you fly at least
500 feet away from people or structures...
The best advice I can give is that the pilot and photographer each has a job
to do, and each should concentrate fully on that job. Rule #1 for a pilot:
fly the airplane!
