On the bright side: At least you didn't promise a dozen people that
you would take pictures for them, spend 2 hours shooting photos, and
then realize that you had taken none because of misloading...

This evening, weather was very conducive to photography (last night little
rain and todays winds cleared the smog), so around sunset I decide to head
to Lincoln Shrine for some architecture/sunset TOPE2 shoots. I know the
Chrome -1n w/ Provia F was in the car, with 28/3.5 and hood. I thought I
was being smart by mentally making note to take the tripod along (I had
almost forgetten) and took a PL and handheld meter for good measure.
Let's ignore traffic lights were screwed up, so I got there a few minutes
past sunset...
As I am about to get out of the car, I realise, oh shoot, the -1n is in
it's leather case, which means no QuickRelease plate, which means no
tripod use... Boy did I feel stupid.
