correction in your formula, missing log

EV = 3.322*LOG(f²/t)   (log base 10)

or

EV = ln(f²/t)/ln(2) = 1.443*ln(f²/t)  (natural log)

derived from 2^^(EV) =  f²/t
(read 2 to the power of EV equals f-stop squared / time)
