[OM] Zuiko 35-70 f4 question

Hi! I am undecided about purchasing a Zuiko 35-70 f4 standard telephoto
lens that has been recently brought to my attention. Are there any critical
comments from the list about this lens? (I have never used one and it is
rated an Ex+ by someone I have not dealt with previously)
