But only ships money orders to the U.S. and Canada, I'm afraid. Also, there is
a $500.00 U.S. "ceiling" on a single transaction through BidPay. In addition,
BidPay only accepts international transactions which settle in U.S. dollars,
thus still exposing non-U.S. purchasers of foreign exchange to all the vagaries
of the exchange rate (which is, in truth, unavoidable) and the buy/sell spreads
between U.S. dollars and whatever other currency is involved as well as the
frequently-usurious "transaction processing fees" charged by banks/trust
companies (which can vary quite a bit and should be largely avoidable). If a
Canadian uses the service, they still get their money in U.S. dollars.
Hmmmm, I'm beginning to detect a niche market here... a BIG one...
