[OM] TOPE1 :( low participation rate :(

C'mon guys and gals.  There are only 24 of us shown on TOPE1.  I don't
know how many are subscribed to the list but I think the number is over
200.  Can't we do better than ten percent participation with an open
shooting date?  I'd really like to know the faces behind the words.
