Samy's is one of my local camera stores. He has a rather large Nikon RF
collection in a glass case and a number of bodies for sale. None of these
are in particularly good condition. As someone else pointed out, this item
is in Rotoloni's book. The on/off switch is stepless and allows the user to
regulate the brightness broduced.
I notice one of your bidders is "NavyZero" who is one of those gentlemen from
Japan who drove up the 21mm lens hood to the $5000 level. I guess they still
have some money left and in 10 hours they will be waking up.
I'm still saving up for a 21/4 Nikkor to flesh out my Nikon RF collection.
One sold on eBay about a year ago for $21,000.
Good luck.
