Thanks for that tidbit.  I have an all black 100mm example.  It has a
109mm max. diameter and weighs 2.5 oz. Wording on inside center: 

OLYMPUS
 100mm
 Japan

Which clearly makes it official Olympus, since 100mm filter threads are
hardly proprietary. Suffice to say that mine ISN'T on my insurance
declarations page.
