Y'all already know what a great lens the 90/2 is, but I have never used one
before today. It is the most versatile and accurate camera lens I've ever used.
This lens alone makes an OM worth having. But you knew that.
I am going to try to use this lens for astrophotography soon as well. Giles
forwarded some of George ?'s findings to me, which say that the 90/2 performs
very well for astro. The convention among astrophotographers is that macros
make too many engineering tradeoffs for close focus to be optimal at infinity.
But the 90/2 may be so well-engineered that it can do it all. I'll let you know
how it works for me.
