You handled yourself like a perfect gentlemen. I wrote a letter on your
behalf. 

Try and not get too upset since this "quick trigger" negative posting
happens to every seller at one point or another. The response is what
folks will take note of.  It says lots more than the actual Feedback
from the buyer.
