[OM] Olympus lenses to Canon EOS bodies

I would like to know if an adapter to mount Olympus lenses on
Canon EOS bodies exists.

I would use it for macro photography.

Olympus register is 46mm, while Canon EOS is 44mm.

Does the adapter maintain automatic aperture with 
the macro Olympus lenses? 
(new 20mm and 38 mm macro lenses).
