Besides the T flashes with T cables transfer flash ready and flash ok signal
(the latter only in normal auto mode [computer flash]). Also when the flash
is mounted in the hot shoe, because the OM-3 has one extra flash contact,
just like an OM-10.

That is the OM-3Ti.
