:Thanks for checking the the thread size in that reverse front
:bellows standard. Could that
:thread be the other thread that's used on older cameras and
:filters? (look at Kodak wratter
:filters usually marked by roman numerals like VII for series 7
:& so forth).
Both Frank and Mark suggested to me off-list that what looks like a thread
probably are just ridges that can help prevent light being reflected and
bounced, which might introduce flare. Since the back plate of the bellows
has them too, I believe we have solved this mystery and you have to find
another way of mounting the ring flash to the bellows with reverse front
plate.
Btw, yesterday I tried to mount my newly acquired T10 to my modified PM-MTob
(I have a glassless filter glued to it). It can be done, when three extra
rings are mounted (I used three step-up/step down rings 49->55->49->55)
because of the protruding parts of the bellows and flash.
Maybe this is also how your problem can be solved - glue a glassless filter
(maybe 46 or 48mm?) to the back of the frontplate, and add a couple of rings
to it.
