This is true for some of the other OM manuals as well, they tend to be
incremental.
For example the OM4 manual is required with the OM4Ti manual.
The mechanical adjustment lubrication etc is usually in the base model manual.
So in many ways the base model manual is often the most important.
I think in the case of the OM2 they originally had a OM2 manual and an
incremental
OM2N manual which was subsequently combined into an OM2 + 2N manual.
Certainly my OM2N manual is strictly incremental and refers to OM2 manual for
all common features.
