Isn't the 433D a non-interchangable shoe model anyway? The 422D and 444D use
adaptors but the 433 series was single-model only, with a separate model
for each camera type. (I think, but supported by the Sunpak web site.)
For the interchangable shoe models, there is a cord that goes from the module
to the flash; so regardless of what you do with the flash, the sensor is still
in the hot shoe pointing the same direction as the camera.
