Your shots are probably better than mine from when I saw him last year. The
lunatic doesn't stand still for long! Certainly a great performer, though I
heard one unkind soul suggest that he looks as if he "wasn't quite all
there" - a sandwich short of a picnic, one might say :-)
My negatives of more recent gigs, using Delta3200 in the OM2sp, look much
better. Rated at 1600asa it seems to have good shadow detail (unlike
Neopan1600 at this speed). Ilford DD-X seems to be good for this film and
Tmax3200 - it kept the highlights from blowing out, even at 12mins dev time,
at 1:4.
A good road bike would be nice, never mind two! <sigh> I manage with a
low-end steel Kona MTB, but at least the ride is light and responsive,
excellent for Mid-Wales' hilly lanes and rough tracks. With the tiny
35-70/3.5-4.5 I can take the camera with me easily... doesn't stop me
wanting a Mju-II though.
Ha, I knew I could slip some OM content in there if I tried ;-)
