[OM] Another lurker emerges! F-280 with OM-2 (Shoe 3), OM-2n, OM-2s

Hi guys!

I am wondering if my F-280 in "NORMAL" mode wiill function just as a "T" flash 
would with My OM-2 with shoe 3, my OM-2n with shoe 4, and on the hot shoe of my 
OM-2S.  Also, is it possible to set it up on a Bounce Grip 2 and Winder 2 with 
these camera bodies in the same way I set them up with the T-32?
