You have to let the download complete before the hypertext link will get
you there. My guess is that you are clicking too soon. Sorry about the
delay - there is lots of data and Trellix 2.1 has turned it all into
tables or something. Real inefficient. But to those who are itching to
improve it - I need to have control over the page and use what software
I have.
You might also try reloading the page.
I'll split that section off from the main web page in the near future.
