But there is a lot of interest in English at present. Teachers were
going to have to undergo training in grammar so that they could teach
it again (at least 2 generations have gone without such teaching in
the state school system in the UK).
There have been ad hoc programmes on the radio (BBC Radio 4
naturlich) about origins and current usage, as well as a weekly
programme hosted by Melvin Bragg. I'm sure Siddiq that you could
catch it on the BBC website.
