Yes, sadly the WWII generation is saying farewell. My own
father-in-law, who flew P-51s in the Pacific during the war, is fighting
a tougher enemy as he nears 80, C_____. I hate the word.
I love sitting around listening to his oft-repeated stories he carries
in his mind from those days.
