I'd disagree. In my limited experience with a Konica SLR, I was extremely
impressed with the Hexanon lens. Optically, it was first rate. It was also
huge. The lens (50mm f/1.7) seemed to be about the same size as an Olympus
SLR. The camera was about the size & heft of a Sherman tank.
Konica optics are probably the most underappreciated in the world.
