Didn't realize Father Ansel had made it to sainthood... his starting point with the Blad was Tri-X at ASA (sigh) 200 developed in HC110. If you can find a copy of Fred Picker's "Zone VI Worrkshop", he devoted a lot of space to developing your film speed... sorry, Determining.
