[OM] Nice mushroom macro page added

I've just added a new page to my portfolio, dedicated to colourful macro shots 
of
mushrooms, shot with the 135/4.5 macro. Also shows some of the effects you can 
get
with a didymium filter (a Hoya Intensifier in this case).
