This is indeed possible, but I decided against it, as I can't really check
whether the information someone enters is correct anyways.
Currently I just filter out empty comments, and do allow anonymous comments.

Well, it's pretty easy to use some information that the server stores,
theoretically, you can obtain a user's e-mail address as well as the URL
they came from. However, this doesn't seem to work well across the various
browsers, and I didn't feel I shouldn't take on the role of "Big Brother"
too much (No I don't like Ruud ;))) )...

You're welcome. I just looked at ADITL2 and noticed there were 37
submissions for that one. Currently I have received 10 submissions in total,
I hope some more will be sent so we can make this an equally big fest as the
previous one.
