Think so...my IS-10 has been that way since new. It is disconcerting and
certainly not up to the mechanical build quality I am accustomed to with
Zuiko OM lenses. That said, I am always very pleased with the results I
get with the IS-10 and I bought it for family snapshot/point 'n shoot
type duty and it has served us well. (It does gobble up expensive
batteries like crazy though.)
