The SIF data for the 65-116 tube, and Lens Handbook data for the 135/4.5 say
0.43x. The SIF data for the 135/4.5 says 0.5x, and the close-up &
macrophotography
table on the back explains the difference: 0.5x can be reached when you add the
extension of the helicoid to the full extension of the tube.
0.5x equals 1:2 and 0.43x equals 1:2.33
