I'm not sure if this book was already mentioned on the list, but it wouldn't
hurt
to repeat it, I guess.
I just acquired 'The A-Z of creative photography' by Lee Frost (UK, 1998, publ.
David & Charles) in the Dutch translation ('Creatieve fotografie van A tot Z',
1999, publ. Deltas) .
The book contains lots of pictures taken with OM equipment (OM-4Ti, OM-1, OM-2).
Lenses, film, shutter speed and aperture values are specified for each. We'll
forgive the man that he also used Nikon F90x and MF.
The book covers a variety of creative photography, not emphasizing on creative
filters like similar books, but more on themes and special techniques, including
some less common techniques like pinhole photography, infrared photography,
cross-processing, 35mm polaroids.
