We've seen how using certain batteries within a species (Eveready 357s) can
affect camera performance. Nikon apparently designed the 6000/6006 around a
limited number of DL123 (lithium 3v) brands that were available at the time.
When you use certain equivalent DL123s, the body reads them as dead even
though they are not.
