You know I saw the post referencing the Dynaco and it threw me for a minute.
Could it be I wondered? After reading this past posting I couldn't believe
it! Had a friend attending Case Western Reserve in Cleveland who left
unceremoniously only to arrive at Ohio State where I was going to school.
He and I instantly hit it off because we were both into stereos ('68 time
frame) and I was building a 150w amp from Heathkit amp/preamp. Stan had a
Dynaco amp I recall. What we really wanted was a Macintosh amp and preamp
but this stuff was priced out of our league at the ages of 18/19. "A blast
from the past" as we would say!
