Ok, so the printer problem was OT.
Thanks for the replies.
Now my trusty 50mm 1.8 that I bought new
in 1976 has a problem.
The aperture blades are sticking stopped down after
making an exposure. Any slight jarring will return them
to fully open as will cocking the shutter and firing again. (usually).
Don't they make these things to last <G>?
Any suggestions, or should I just retire it to loupe duties?
