Jim:
Since the lens says "G. Zuiko" rather than just "Zuiko," the rules seem to
imply that this will be a single-coated lens. ("G" for 7-element-lens.) All
Zuikos with a letter prefix were single-coated (even though discussion
continues to rage on this point). See Joseph's post for a good summation.
