I think the Zuiko 135/4.5 macro is the Medical Zuiko (just like the Medical
Nikkor 120/f4), it provide longer working distance and higher magnification. The
100/2.8 may need an extension tube for close up medical shoots.
The 135/4.5 with telescope autotube, a T10 ring flash, ring cross polarize and
OM-4, you will get everything you needed. (but not cheap of course.)
