Hi!
If you don't honor your bid once, eBay gives you a warning, the second
time another warning with probation and I think they bump you the
third time. It's a good policy. If you don't honor your bid at a
'live' auction, there not going to let you come back.
Also, the seller can press harder as auctions are
a legal contract, non-sales are usually going bring negative feedback
and with enough negative feedback, nobody's going to trust you.
