If the optics are good, you got a deal. As for bunged-up caps, well, I've
certainly learned that *they* don't stay pristine, for whatever the reason. I
guess they're just doing their job (although the glue spot sounds odd -- one of
those lenscap keepers stuck there at one time...?).
