Subject: Re: [OM] Slide duplication
There has been some question about interneg film and slide duplication. I
have spent so time on this so hope this helps....
I used 100' roll of FUJI ITN film and just cut the amount needed and hand
loaded it.
The set up was with OLY bellows and 80macro and slide duplicating attachment
and a tungston 250w bulb in reflecter about a foot or two from the front of
the slide duplicating attachment. According to Fuji you do not use the filter
pack that is stamped on the box ------- instead just but use 30y and 30m and
color balance in the printing.
This film is real slow! Try the the longest dialable manual exposure 1 second
and bracket around the f15 or so. I couldnt get a good exposure w/ F11 and
had to go to F8. Did I tell you that this film is real slowwww?
If you have any questions about this film or the Kodac #5073 slide
duplication film - let me know
Cheers
Ken M.
PS Sorry I have not been able to chat more here but they keep me busy at work
and I have been taking a HEAVY course on making custom prints - btw if you
want to make your own incredable color prints try the FUJI Chrytal Archive
PRO Glossy type C paper - Knocks your socks off Severe cCear stuff!!!!!!
