I found how to persuade my PowerMac that I had a 17" Multiscan monitor and
reduced to 832x324 to get millions of colours. I then looked again at Simon's
"Dewdrops on grass" and at my ADITL2 photo (the blue boat etc...) and the
banding pattern in the sky had gone.
Now I must work out if I can upgrade the Video memory on my Mac to give me
millions of colours in 1032x768 resolution (it has 2 Mb at present).
