I'm glad you were able to get the handle.
Olympus America is not the most impressive organization I've ever dealt
with, that's for sure. Pat MacFarlane is one of the best cust service
people I've ever dealt with though. I've been meaning to call him about
this issue, as he said something like "they *better* have those parts"
when I first brought it up with him. I don't know if he's got the
juice, but I'll give him a call. I always enjoy talking with him anyway.
Seems very honest.
