Jan,
what about using a medium format more symetrical simple lens. You
might even use an old process lens? They have longer focal lengths for
"standard" lenses so should focus to infinity, and they have larger exit
pupils. I guess if you ar trying to get a 28mm or so then this is impractical
but if you are considering the OM 135mm then a lens in the 80-100mm range
should be easy to get. You might consider an old folding camera like the
Zeiss Ikonta style (lots of clones ) which typically have pretty good lenses
and are commonly available. They seem to be reasonably priced when in bargain
condition especially if you get the plain Jane models without coupled RF etc.
In fact you might even be able to use the bellows portion!
