I have a copy of a book (I don't have it with me, I think the title is "The
Olympus Guide" by Milton Heiberg). I believe it was dated in the mid 70's
(maybe 75 or 76). It included an OM system photograph (one of those with all
the components laid out) that included a tilt/shift bellows. I don't think it
was ever manufactured, however. Sort of like the 300/6.3 and 400/4.5 lenses
that were described in some of the early literature.
I imagine there may be 3rd part solutions as well, but I doubt a bellows
solution will allow you to focus to infinity.
