Checking with my test shots of the Zuiko 180/2.8, I have just selected three
photos (two slide and one negative) scanned them and uploaded to the
following address:
http://www.glink.net.hk/~pling/180t.htm
After carefully looking at the center photo, I found that there are some
blue color around the bright water reflection, was it due to the lens coma?
I have heard many list member's comments about the chromatic aberration of
this lens. But I have never notice about this until I check out with this
shot (I own this lens for only half a year and took less than a hundred
shots).
Since the resolution and color of this lens is very good (also the F2.8
brightness). I think I can tolerate for a little chromatic aberration
as the problem does not appear on most of my photos due to the
subject that I generally shoot. But I think this may be critical to
some other users.
