[OM] OM1n Viewfinder flash ready/confirmation

My recently acquired OM1n with Shoe 4 does not give any light indication in the
viewfinder for flash ready when using either my T20 or T32. I don't have a
manual for it, so don't know exactly what to expect.

What should I see?
