I think this is one spy that needs a firing squad. Imagine- you can become a 
blackmailer, stalker, conman, thief, or professional peeping tom/rapist
for only $15.00 + postage and handling. An later you can own illegial software, 
if they do ban it in ALL  FIFTY  STATES. This all would be funny if it
weren't real and we are all in danger of  cyber privacy invasion.

Can't we get rid of  this increasing influx of spammers?
